Chiropractic Physician Mark Carlo D.C.
Dr. Carlo graduated cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. The original chiropractic college. He has been practicing in Florida since 1994. He has extensive post-graduate training in nutritional counseling and detoxification. His adjusting techniques include light force Activator, Thompson Drop Table, and Cox Lumbar Distraction. Applied Kinesiology and Surface Electromyography (SEMG) methods are utilized for the evaluation of muscle imbalance. Additional training in Reflexology to help Dr Carlo control pain, control appetite for weight loss, and to help patients stop smoking.
Samantha
Samantha was born in Brooklyn, NY and migrated to Largo, FL when she was 5 years old. After graduating from Largo High School she attended Remington College, where she graduated with High Honors in Medical Assisting. She had the opportunity to work in several medical offices in different specialties as office manager, and with specific emphasis on accounts receivables. With more than 10 years of medical administration experience, Samantha loves what she does, especially, one on one personal interaction with patients discussing insurance issues, and helping the patients to clearly understand their insurance benefits. She'll provide support and clarity around health insurance and much more. When she is not in the office working, she enjoys yoga, meditation, spending time with her family and playing with her 3 fur babies. Any insurance questions....she's your gal!
Doreen Hyde - Medical Assistant
Doreen is a native from Tampa, Florida and an Igniter Ambassador Graduate of Everest University Medical Assistant 2011. She has worked in Pain Management for 3 years and is very knowledgeable in the care and treatment of her patients.
She assists the Doctor with prescribed treatments and therapy and is responsible for scheduling and follow up appointments. She is dedicated in providing professional, personalized, compassionate care to each and every individual that she treats.
Liz Williams - Massage Therapist
Liz is our Massage Therapist Extraordinaire. With years of clinical experience, she caters her treatment to her client and makes it her goal to give them relief from injury or the stresses of life. She is a true Floridian originally from Tampa, Florida and a huge Buccaneer fan. Very proficient in several massage modalities such as: Neuromuscular trigger point therapy, Myofascial release, Sports, Prenatal, TMJ, and deep tissue.
